About Returns & Shop Policies

Sometimes handmade items will wear down or break due to the nature of being handmade.  We will gladly fix or replace any of our many handmade items that wear down or break due to normal use.  Natural imperfections should be expected, such as feathers missing vanes, barbs, shafts etc... bones might have holes or break down and even decompose over time.  We do seal and finish most of our bones and animal products for this reason.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the spiritual nature and beliefs of energy transfers.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Consumable products such as herbs and oils will not be returned due to health regulations on consumable products.

We do not haggle on any prices.

Policy on lateness and cancellation: I require a 24 hour notice if you cannot make it to your appointment – if you do not give me sufficient notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited.  We allow one (1) reschedule within that 24 hour window as unavoidable circumstances arise.  If you need to reschedule after that, your fee will be forfeit.  If your schedule is unpredictable we suggest showing at the shop during business hours as a walk-in. 

I have a VERY strict no-show policy.  If you are a no show, I reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
By participating in/reading my tarot service/website/blog you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist, lawyer or health care professional and my services do not replace the care of lawyers, psychologists, or other healthcare professionals. 

Unfortunately, most credit card readers charge a fee for usages.  Our store is no exception due to cost of inflation.  Square charges 3% per transaction and this will reflect in your credit card purchases.  We apologize for any inconvenience. This goes directly to square not our store, same as 7% taxes go to government.

To avoid this extra charge please bring cash and you'll receive a cash discount from these additional charges.   

If we try and do refunds Square also keeps the original transaction fee, so if something does qualify for return this fee will NOT be returned for we do not have access to this.  

We reserve the right to refuse service in the future for charge backs and fee refusal charge backs.
